No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes there are two, the main pool is 16 x 8 meters and 1 to 2 meters deep. While the baby pool is 4 x 4 meters and 0.60 meters deep. The pools are open from June to October
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is a phone connection you can use at the reception during opening hours. We recommend you check with your car hire company for a mobile phone, many now provide this service.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
There are several furnished terraces.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 12km in Gracciano.
How far are the airports?
Approximate driving times are: Florence 1 hour, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 3 hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
