The private villa has large pretty grounds which also include woodlands and olive groves. In the garden there is a shady pergola with table for outdoor dining and on a lower level a large pool with hydro massage.

The ground floor of the villa is composed of two fully equipped kitchens which include fridge/freezer, oven, gas hobs, microwave and dishwasher. In the larger of the two kitchens there is also a pizza oven and a dining table for 8. There are two separate dining areas, one seats 6 and the other has a beautiful wooden table that seats 14.

Also on this floor there are two comfortable lounges both with fireplaces. On one side of the ground floor there is a TV room with a double sofa bed and Sat TV, this room leads into the billiard room. This floor is completed with two bathrooms both with Jacuzzi shower and a small laundry.

From one side of the ground floor stairs lead to a twin room, which has access to one of the downstairs bathrooms. The first floor is divided into two parts, both with three bedrooms.

Four of the bedrooms are doubles and each have an en-suite bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a hydro massage tub while the other bathrooms all have Jacuzzi showers. In one of the double bedrooms there is a mezzanine floor which has a single bed. The fifth bedroom is with a single bed and the sixth is a triple room with three single beds, these two rooms share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The windows all have mosquito screens.
Pets are not allowed.

The owner and his wife live close by in a separate villa with their own garden, pool and parking. They are available to provide you with information about the area or any other help should you require it. Villa Roncovisi is independently accessed and does not share any space with owners.
