What were the highlights of your holiday? The trip to Chinque terra was special! We were able to visit Florence, Sienna, Lucca and Pisa! The town is very nice and people are terrific. Perfect location for day trips, with enough time to return home and enjoy the sun set.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    The villa was fantastic! Ann and Alessandro are very special couple, we miss them very much. Great setting for rest and relaxation.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? No, everything was perfect for us!
Do you have any other comments? Nice to be in a country where people know how to drive!!! ie..no passing on the right, no sitting in the fast lane, no talking on the cell phone!

What were the highlights of your holiday? Accomodation, area we were in in Tuscany, the beautiful weather, People we holidayed with in tuscany. San Ginamarno.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    It was excellent. We have travelled to Tuscany twice before and this accomodation wa the best.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? Not really.
Do you have any other comments? Linda is fantastic as your rep in Melbourne. She is very efficient and is an asset to your business. I used this website again for the third time because of her professionalism that we had already experienced.

Just wanted to let you know that we had a fabulous time in Italy. The villa was beautiful. We all felt a warm feeling like being at home in the Villa. Anna & Alexsandra were wonderful. We all became good friends immediately. We loved the area and the beauty of the country.

Overall impression: Loved it!  The owners live next door and were extremely helpful!  They helped us find nearby markets and directions and planned a wonderful meal for us.
Highlights: Everything.  We loved the property as we had a group of 16 and there was plenty of room for us all.  I was married there at the villa and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting.
Unpleasant surprises: We had some power outages probably due to how many people we had there running multiple dishwashers/dryers etc.
The owners were extremely helpful in getting the problem resolved.
