Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and are included in the price displayed; pool towels are also supplied.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is one 6 x 12 meters pool open from mid April to mid October
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is a WI-FI Internet connection in the house and gardens. There are also two mobile phones available for your use, you must buy prepaid cards for them.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, 2km away in Monsummano Terme.
How far are the airports?
Florence 35 minutes, Pisa 40 minutes, Bologna 1hr30, Rome 3hr15.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
