The saltwater swimming pool is set amongst the extensive gardens of the villa and is heated for your comfort. There are breathtaking views from the pool of the surrounding valleys and the Apuane Alps. There are hydro massage jets within the pool and pool furniture and towels are provided.

The Apuane Alps are a favourite place for many outdoor activities such as climbing, mountain biking, hiking, or to go caving and canyoning. Nearby to the villa there are tennis courts and golf courses and, in the winter, there are ski resorts within driving distance. The villa has underfloor heating throughout, 'off-season' visits would not be uncomfortable.

Villa Saida lies in almost an acre of private land that is confined by woods and fencing, entrance is through automatic gates for cars and separate gate for people. The villa is newly constructed but in keeping with traditional villas of the area.

On entry to the villa you find yourself in the hallway with the staircase to the upper floor ahead of you. This staircase has beautiful hand crafted, wrought iron railings and banisters. There is access to the back of the property from here and there is a toilet to the left and access to the bedroom Tulipano described below.

The main lounge, Magnolia, is to the left of the entrance hall and has comfortable leather sofas, large screen TV with some satellite channels, computer with Internet access and CD player.

There are large French windows leading out to the patio area of the property. To the rear of this large lounge is a formal dining table and seating for up to 12 people, this also has large French windows to the outside.

Leading off the back of the dining area is the kitchen Magnolia. This kitchen also has a breakfast table and chairs for 8 and is fully furnished with oven, cooking hobs, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, double sink and coffee machine.

Also accessed from the Magnolia lounge is the bedroom, Tulipano. Tulipano is a twin bedroom with TV and wardrobe; you also have a doorway with direct access to the garden. There is another entrance to this bedroom from the hallway by the stairs and next to this door; there is a WC and basin.

To the right of the entrance hall is a second smaller living area: Mimosa. In the lounge part of Mimosa there are also comfortable sofas, a large screen TV with some satellite channels, a computer with Internet access and CD player. The dining table can seat up to 6 persons and the kitchen is also fully fitted with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, cooking hobs and double sink.

To the right of the staircase, a short hallway leads you to the bedroom Petunia. Petunia is a double-bedded room with wardrobe, dresser and TV. Next door to Petunia is the bathroom that has shower cubicle, WC and basin.

As you reach the top of the stairs there are three bedrooms and bathrooms ahead of you along a corridor, and two further bedrooms and bathrooms along a short hallway behind you. On the left hand side is the entrance to the master bedroom, Orchidea. Orchidea is a double bedroom with chest of drawers, TV, separate dressing area and wardrobes and a large bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath, his and hers sinks, WC and bidet. There are French windows in the bedroom area leading out to the terrace area shared with bedroom Camelia (see below).

On the opposite side of the corridor to Orchidea is the bedroom Giglio and its bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin next door. Giglio is a double bedded room with wardrobe, dresser and TV and views from the windows in the bedroom and bathroom in to the gardens.

The last room reached from this corridor is Rosa. This is another large room with double bed, wardrobe, dresser and TV; Rosa also has an en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle, his and hers sinks, WC and bidet. Rosa has French doors leading out to its own private balcony.

From the other hallway on this level the first room you reach is on the right hand side and is called Camelia. Camelia is a large double room with wardrobe, dresser, TV and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and hydromassage shower, WC and basin. Camelia has French doors leading to the terrace it shares with the room Orchidea (see above).

The last rooms from this hallway are the bedroom Ortensia and its bathroom with shower cubicle, WC and basin next door. Ortensia is a double room with dresser, wardrobe and WC. There are windows both in the bedroom and in the bathroom with views over the gardens. All bedrooms are equipped with music through wire system.

Villa Saida also has a basement level which can be reached by internal or external steps. The basement area includes a double garage with electric doors, washing machine, ironing board and iron; there is also a further bathroom with shower which is ideal if you have just returned from the beach.

There are 7 televisions, one for each bedroom and 2 bigger TV SAT in both living areas.

Welcoming refreshments will be supplied for you on the evening of your arrival. On booking please indicate the exact number of adults and children participating. This is included in the price.

Children are welcome at the property but the owner asks that parents maintain close supervision of them.
