At what time should we arrive and depart?
Arrival time 16.00 if you arrive after 19.00 please telephone

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and are included in the price displayed; pool towels are also provided.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is by consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a swimming pool and it is 14 metres x 6 metres with a constant depth of 1.5 metres. The pool is heated free of charge and is open from mid-May to mid-September.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
Yes, there is an Internet connection free of charge for guests use. There is not a telephone, however in Castelnuovo Garfagnana, 700meters away, there are public phones.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes within 700meters in Castelnuovo Garfagnana.
How far are the airports?
Rome 4hrs, Florence 2hrs, Pisa 1hr 30mins, Bologna 2 hours and 30minutes.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.

What is the cost of the dinners? 
Clients can choose from the menu on their arrival. The cost of the meal per person depends on the items chosen. The food will be delivered from a local restaurant. When delivered the price is the one shown on the menu. In case the cooking service is provided on site the cost of the menu will be increased of the 25%. Beverages are not included in the menu.
