Villavista is located a short distance down the hill from the Etruscan town of Volterra. It lives up to its name with wonderful views of the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, covered with fields and dotted with cypress trees and stone villages.
The sparkling pool is located down a slight grassy slope from the villa. It also boasts magnificent views from it's pretty position in the completely fenced garden surrounded by well maintained lawns broken up by olive trees.
The villa is stone built with a fantastic terrace overlooking the pool and onto the Tuscan hills and valleys beyond. The covered terrace is furnished with table and chairs to enjoy dining al fresco, even on the cooler Tuscan evenings.
You enter from the terrace into the open plan kitchen/dining and living room. On the right is the fully fitted kitchen with dining table for 4 people. To the left of this bright and cheery room is a sitting area with Sat TV. Through an archway there is a further sitting area with double sofabed and a wardrobe in one corner.
The bedrooms and bathrooms are accessed from a small hall off the lounge. The master bedroom has a wooden, standard double bed (160cm x 190cm) with a large wardrobe and a simple dresser.
The smaller twin room has a dresser, wardrobe space is found in the large wardrobe in the lounge. The two bathrooms both are with showers.
There are mosquito screens at all windows.
A fantastic property just 2km away from Volterra.
The twin bedroom can be made into a double on request when booking. If you do not request this it will be a twin room.
