Bella Vista consists of three tastefully furnished apartments, all situated on the top, third floor of a well-maintained residential building located directly on the seafront. On the ground floor of the building there is a small hotel. A lift provides easy and comfortable access to the apartments. From the balconies, guests can enjoy wide, open views of the sea, which are equally appealing at any time of day. The self-catering apartments are connected by internal doors and can be rented individually or combined to form one generous, flexible accommodation, ideal for families or groups travelling together.

The holiday apartments are situated in the popular seaside town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci which offers restaurants, bars, small shops, a pharmacy and a grocery store. Larger supermarkets are located in Donoratico, just a six-minute drive away. The surrounding area offers a variety of excursions, including the medieval hilltop village of Castagneto Carducci, the vineyards of the Bolgheri wine region, the thermal waters of Sassetta, and the nature reserve Rifugio Faunistico di Bolgheri. For those looking for some fun and excitement, the Cavallino Matto amusement park is only a short drive away.

About the villa
Nautilus is a modern and comfortably furnished apartment  located  on the thrird floor styled in a welcoming coastal design. The furnished balcony with table and chairs offers a pleasant place for dining outdoors while enjoying views of the sandy beach and the open sea.

There is no pool, however twenty meters from the property is the beautiful shoreline of the Tyrrhenian sea. The golden sands of the beach offer the perfect place to relax while enjoying the warm Tuscan sunshine. Sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols are available for hire.

1 Km from the villa there is an acre of private, fenced, beach front, Botanical garden with nine tree shaded table and benches, WC hut, beach furniture hut and natural shower illuminated at night.
