Toscana Mia - family cooking class in Chianti
Simonetta & Paola welcome you and your family in their stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti.
Their traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes offer you the possibility to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavours and freshness of traditional Italian dishes.
You and your children will cook and eat five dishes prepared together using fresh, organic and natural ingredients: appetizers, pasta dish, vegetable or meat dishes and dessert.
The final meal is accompanied by wine for adults.
You’ll learn how to make a multi-course feast that could include dishes such as:
Bruschetta, small pizzas, fresh hand-made pasta , potato gnocchi, red or white pasta sauces, Pici (Tuscan thick handmade spaghetti), Tuscan vegetable soup, roasted meat, turkey breast with balsamic vinegar, chicken the Tuscan way, stuffed vegetables, savory cakes with zucchini, tiramisu', panna cotta, ice cream…
