    It is situated in the main square of Castellina, it is the genuine Tuscan article. This is a very popular restaurant both with the locals and the tourists due to its constantly changing menu. Here you can sit on the covered veranda and enjoy a taste of Tuscany while watching the activities happening in the square.
    La Torre is always full and mainly with Italians.........always a good sign!

    On the road from Castellina to Poggibonsi.
    The old Pestello specialises in the famous Tuscan grill.   
    Amid the warm and familiar atmosphere guests can enjoy pure home cooking with a wide selection of fine wines, that can be tasted and purchased in the restaurant's own wine cellar.
    The Pestello has nobile origins from the 19th century. The characteristic rooms were converted from an old stable. It still maintains the old atmosphere.
