Restaurants in Greve

  • Ristoro di Lamole

Lamole in the hills a few minutes’ drive off the main road from Greve to Panzano. It has high quality and stylish dishes, although a little overpriced. Several unusual choices provide an interesting menu to choose from. Avoid holidays or busy days as service can be a bit slow. It is well liked by the locals and has many returning local clients, always a good sign of decent food. The drive up to Lamole and a visit of the village is worth it.

  • La Cantinetta di Rignana

Take Greve from Badia a Passignano, follow signs to Rignana from first major intersection.
Inside you will find the perfect Tuscan farmhouse room with a large fire in winter, outside a peaceful isolated vineyard surrounding the warm weather outside eating area.  Especially fun for winter Sunday lunch in the company of Italian family outings (and the extrovert patriarch chef). Get something barbequed and as with all the best places, make sure to book.
