Villa Caiano, Londa - Florence and Chianti

Villa Caiano is a luxurious two-storey villa with private infinity pool near the village of Londa, not far from Florence. The three bright bedrooms, sleeping up to six people, feature floor-to-ceiling glass doors, offering easy access to the outside areas and bringing plenty of light into the villa. The modern decor and fresh white walls are complemented by white and grey marble flooring throughout the ground floor and warm red terracotta tiles on upper floor. The impressive fireplace is an attractive centrepiece for the spacious lounge, and the grey sofas make this an excellent spot for relaxing out of the heat of the sun.

You can take your pick of fabulous outdoor areas to soak up the views of the surrounding valley. Whether you're chilling in the cooling waters of the beautiful infinity pool or dining al fresco, these incredible panoramas will never dull, and the sunsets create a truly outstanding backdrop for al fresco dinners. The terrace and balconies are furnished with a dining table, loungers and wicker armchairs, so you'll be easily able to find a comfortable and peaceful spot. When you wish to break out of the seclusion of your villa, the village of Londa is just a short drive away or you can travel a little further to explore the larger towns of Pontassieve or Rufina.

Our Thoughts
Elegant and tranquil, Villa Caiano would suit a family or group of friends. The two lounges, spacious lawns and sizable terraces and poolside area mean you'll be able to find your own little slice of Tuscan serenity without getting under each other's feet. With tasteful decor throughout, an excellent hillside location and those views, you'll be forgiven for choosing to spend your whole holiday simply relaxing in the comfort of this special villa.

Notes
Three bedrooms. Two bathrooms. The gardens are not fenced and the pool is unfenced. The owners live in the neighbouring villa on the ground floor. They have their own garden. There is an attic room with a double bed which cannot be converted into twin beds. Guests are welcome to use all beds and rooms within the villa, but we must emphasise that the maximum occupancy of the villa must not exceed 6 people. The attic room is accessesd via an internal spiral staircase, and features a small private terrace and a Juliet balcony.

Private Pool
The spectaculair infinity pool is situated next to the villa in the garden. It has a paved terrace with sun loungers and parasols, giving way to a lawn. The pool can be accesed by Roman steps. There is an outside shower area. Pool Size: 11m x 5,5m, 1.50m deep, open May to September, weather permitting.
