The entrance to the villa is via the private garden.  The front door leads into a lovely spacious kitchen/diner with the traditional terracotta tiled floors and tiled and beamed ceilings.

The small well equipped kitchen is located along one wall and has a dishwasher, gas hob a small combined oven/grill and a fridge with freezer section.  The wooden dining table has four matching chairs and is next to the kitchen area.

From the kitchen/diner, doors lead off to all the other rooms in the villa.  On the left is a small storage area with a door to the bathroom with shower, basin and WC.  Double doors open into the lounge which is furnished with a large ‘L’ shaped sofa and TV.

Next door is the airy bedroom which has two small steps leading up to it.  The high beamed ceilings give this room a bright spacious feel to it, and it is comfortably furnished with a wooden double bed and matching wardrobe.

Outside there is a very attractive covered wooden pergola with table and chairs, perfect for outside dining or relaxing out of the heat of the day with a glass of the local Chianti wine.  The private garden area is mainly laid to lawn and has hedges on either side for privacy.
