La Quiete is a little villa situated in the main building of the hamlet Capannole. The hamlet is only five minutes away from Radda in Chianti, one of the 5 main Chianti towns. The villa is only a few meters away from the shared swimming pool which has superb views of the surrounding vineyards. This intimate cottage is perfect for a couple who wishes to spend a relaxing and romantic holiday immersed in nature.
The 40sqm ground floor villa has a pleasant private garden from which it is possible to enjoy the splendid Tuscan countryside and dine al fresco. The garden is fully equipped with table, chairs, umbrella, sun beds and barbecue.
Entering into the cottage there is an open plan lounge and dining area with the traditional Tuscan terracotta flooring and wooden beamed ceiling. The lounge has a TV with satellite and a wooden table with 4 chairs near the fireplace in the corner.
The kitchen is accessed from the lounge down two steps, it is well laid out. Two windows above the workspace provide lots of light with a wide-open view. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and stove with gas hobs.
The bedroom is divided from the lounge by a thin wall and two wooden sliding doors. There is a comfortable double bed and wardrobe in the bedroom. The bright bathroom has shower and window with pretty view.
From the garden there are superb views of the surrounding vineyards.
Pets are not allowed.
