Entry is gained down three steps across the well-planted, sun-drenched garden furnished with sun beds for relaxing in the warm Tuscan sun. Inside there are Tuscan style oak wood ceilings with chunky beams and glazed terracotta floor tiles throughout.

The Tuscan red front door leads into the lounge dining area. There is a double sofa bed to the left with occasional table, the lounge area is equipped with a TV Sat and CD radio. Ahead is a solid oak wood dining table and four matching chairs. Beyond is the fully fitted kitchen including 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There are ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided.

From the kitchen area double French doors lead out onto the East facing gardens. There is a large terra cotta tiled terrace with table and chairs, this is a great position for dining al Fresco from the outside grill or to enjoy the wonderful Tuscan sun set.

From the dining area a corridor leads to firstly a small bathroom with shower and well finished in travertine. Then four steps take you down to a small twin bed room, there is a single bed with an orthopedic mattress, a second bed is pulled out from below the first, and a chest of drawers and an East-facing window.

Further along the corridor is the main bedroom; there is an iron double bed frame with orthopedic mattresses, a bedside table with reading lamp, a wardrobe and a mirror. From the bedroom double French windows open to the East side views. Next to the main bedroom is the main bathroom with shower finished to a high standard with travertine tiles.
