Terracotta steps lead down the side of the ancient Tuscan stone work to the oak front door of Il Rosmarino. The polished travertine floor gives an immediate bright feel as you enter the house that remains throughout. There are oak panelled ceilings and occasional exposed stone work in every room which compliment the tasteful furnishings.
To access the front door you pass Il Rosmarino's large private terrace and garden. This open air space was created for dining al fresco and relaxing in the quiet Chianti countryside, there are open views of the surrounding forested hills from the terrace that faces East giving full morning sun.
Entering the front door there is the living room which is equipped with a CD player, there is a comfortable three seated sofa with an oak trunk that serves also as a table, with the front door open you can see to the hills from inside.
To the left of the front door there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a single bed and wardrobe. The window overlooks the sunny terrace and forested hills beyond.
From the entrance to the right is the kitchen area. This fully fitted kitchen includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There is ample kitchen/dining facilities for 2 people provided. Passing the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower.
