Location types:
private houses with shared pools:
A delightful selection of privately owned cottages and apartments set in some of the most beautiful areas of the Chianti wine region with shared pools, private accommodation from two to six people.

For privacy and independence here is a selection of villas with a private swimming pools each with their own delightful and individual character. Accommodation from two people to fourteen.

If a swimming pool is not important here are some beautiful private house without swimming pools. All of them are in splendid positions in the peaceful countryside of Tuscany.
Coastal houses:
These are all houses which are either within walking distance of the sea or within a few minutes drive from the sea. These houses may or may not have a swimming pool.

Viewing accommodations
On the pages of the location types you can choose which out of the various properties that are available for you to view. After having selected a property you are then given some information about it. For those with several accommodation available there is a list of all the accommodations at the bottom of the page with the location description.

What accommodations are there at the location?
For locations with several accommodations available in the left column on the page of the location and also the page of each accommodation there is list of accommodation, to view one click on the name of the apartment. Or you can select an accommodation from a list by clicking on the link 'accommodation' at the top of the description.You get a page with information about the accommodation and the prices for it, which are found at the bottom of the page.

In the top of the location page and also the accommodation page there are links to information about the nearest town, FAQ, the pool if available, and some client comments. At the bottom of the page there is a list of facilities that are available at or near the location.

Where do I find the prices?
The prices for each accommodation are found at the bottom of the page with the accommodation description. This is found by first selecting the property.
For the private villas the prices are at the bottom of the page describing the villa.
Houses with shared pools you must select the accommodation that you want, at the bottom of the page with the accommodation description there are the prices.

How do I book?
When you have found accommodation and you are ready to book select "Check Availability" near the price list in order to check

Searching for accommodation using the advanced search.
Click on the advanced search. You then fill in the form on the advanced search page, by first selecting the type of location that you require.
Then you must enter the arrival date.
Also enter the number of weeks that you would like to stay.
Enter the number of people that there will be in your party. This is important as this will enable the search to find a place that is suitable for you and not be too big or small.
The properties displayed as the results of your search are all available at the time of your search for the date specified by you. You can order the results of your search according to price, location, proximity to town (based on the number of people travelling), and the most requested accommodations.

Payments: Credit or Debit Card Declined
If you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, you must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why.
Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.
Troubleshooting Failed Authorisations and Payment Declines for balance payments
To protect your security and privacy, your bank cannot provide To Tuscany with information about why your payment was declined. Because of this, you most likely need to contact your bank directly to solve most payment issues.
If you want to try again with a different card or confirm your details are correct by retrying your current card, go back to your booking details and enter your card details again:
1.Go to Your Account
2.Click "Pay Balance" and you can check which card we are holding for you.
3.If you want to change the card enter new card details and then try the payment again.
3.Click the "Change Payment Type" button next to the payment information if you want to modify how you will pay.
Here are steps you can take to resolve payment issues:
- Contact your bank about payment security policies. Your bank may flag any unexpected activity on your account. This includes first time orders and high value purchases, regardless of the amount of funds available (or credit limit), or purchases overseas. Note that To Tuscany uses a UK based credit card payment system. Your bank may require your verbal authorization to proceed with a transaction.
- Contact your bank about daily withdrawal or purchase limits. Most banks have limits on how much money can be charged or accessed in a single day. If you exceed this daily amount, your bank may block your account from any further activity regardless of available funds in the account. Your bank may require you to request a higher purchase limit to complete the transaction.
