The home page
In the left column there are various links to pages with information on the area, travelling and other topics that may be of use or interest while planning your holiday. All the links on our site are underlined.
We do not take responsibility for any of the content of the outside links that we provide on our site.
You can tell if the link is an outside link if in the address box it does not start with www.to-tuscany

Location types:
private houses with shared pools:
A delightful selection of privately owned cottages and apartments set in some of the most beautiful areas of the Chianti wine region with shared pools, private accommodation from two to six people.
private houses with private pools:
For privacy and independence here is a selection of villas with a private swimming pools each with their own delightful and individual character. Accommodation from two people to fourteen.
private houses without pools:
If  a swimming pool is not important here are some beautiful private house without swimming pools. All of them are in splendid positions in the peaceful countryside of Tuscany.
Coastal houses:
These are all houses which are either within walking distance of the sea or within a few minutes drive from the sea. These houses may or may not have a swimming pool.

Looking for accommodation:
At top of the home page there are several links to the location types that we offer. Click on one of these to go directly to the page of a location type. From here you can chose the specific property name.

Go to the search area found in the left column of every page and click on the triangle in the white box, from this list you can chose the type of location and the property name, this will take you directly to the specific property.

Viewing accommodations
On the pages of the location types you can choose which out of the various properties that are available for you to view. After having selected a property you are then given some information about it. For those with several accommodation available there is a list of all the accommodations at the bottom of the page with the location description.

What accommodations are there at the location?
For locations with several accommodations available in the left column on the page of the location and also the page of each accommodation there is list of accommodation, to view one click on the name of the apartment. Or you can select an accommodation from a list by clicking on the link 'accommodation' at the top of the description.You get a page with information about the accommodation and the prices for it, which are found at the bottom of the page.

What facilities are available at or near the property?
In the top of the location page and also the accommodation page there are links to information about the nearest town, FAQ, the pool if available, and some client comments. At the bottom of the page there is a list of facilities that are available at or near the location.

How can I see more pictures of the property?
On every location and accommodation page there is a photogallery, you will need Flash player installed to view it.

How can I see the availability?
To see the availability there is a link at the top of each accommodation page, or go to the bottom of the page for a smaller link. These links allow you to see the up todate availability. The calendar is live, therefore the availability is as seen on the calendar.

Where do I find the prices?
The prices for each accommodation are found at the bottom of the page with the accommodation description. This is found by first selecting the property.
For the private villas the prices are at the bottom of the page describing the villa.
Houses with shared pools you must select the accommodation that you want, at the bottom of the page with the accommodation description there are the prices. 
 

How do I book?
When you have found accommodation and you are ready to book select "Check Availability" near the price list in order to check
To book you can find the booking form by clicking on the link 'Book now' found at the top and bottom of every page.
If you would like to book please read the booking contract and fill in the booking form by clicking on the 'Book now' link found at the top and bottom of every page . A link to the booking contract is found at the bottom every page.

Searching for accommodation using the advanced search.
Click on the advanced search. You then fill in the form on the advanced search page, by first selecting the type of location that you require.
Then you must enter the arrival date.
Also enter the number of weeks that you would like to stay.
Enter the number of people that there will be in your party. This is important as this will enable the search to find a place that is suitable for you and not be too big or small.
The properties displayed as the results of your search are all available at the time of your search for the date specified by you. You can order the results of your search according to price, location, proximity to town (based on the number of people travelling), and the most requested accommodations.

Searching for accommodation using the quick search.
In the left column of all pages there is the quick search. You then fill in the criteria for which you are searching. You do not need to fill in all the details but at least the number of people or arrival date. 
The properties displayed as the results of your search are all available at the time of your search for the date specified by you. You can order the results of your search according to price, location, proximity to town (based on the number of people travelling), and the most requested accommodations.

Are there any special offers?
On every page there is a search which enables you to find the special offers available.

How do I book a special offer?
At the bottom of the description of a house on which there is a special offer available you will find details about the offer and the possibility to 'book now'. Click on this and then click on the week that you would like to book. Fill out the booking form that appears to complete the booking.

Travel arrangements
We do not make travel arrangements but have links on our site to other sites that can be of help to you while you plan your holiday.
These you will find in the left column of the home page under 'Reach Tuscany'. Here there are links to maps, flights, trains, driving, travel info, and a brief introduction to Italy.

Where can I find more information on the local area?
To have information on the local area there are links in the left column of the home page. These links are to various towns that are near many of the properties. There are also links to other pages that have useful information. On  each location accommodation description page there is information on the local town/village.

What are the weather conditions in the area?
To know more about the weather in the region, you will find in the 'Guide' tab on the top of every page a link to a page with the weather view, under there there are various links to site with information about the weather.

Newsletter.
You can receive a newsletter from us by entering your email address on the newsletter page

What is the client area?
When you book with us you will get a userEmail and password. These allow you to view your booking details and booking status at all times. After paying completely for your accommodation you can also access the driving directions and arrival instructions from here.

Brochures
Brochures can be created and downloaded of all the locations and accommodations. On each description page there is a link to create a pdf of the page and from our home page you can access all the locations.
In order to print the brochure you will need Acrobat Reader on your computer so that you can read these pdf files. This software can be downloaded for free from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
