Facing southeast Bella Vista di Montefienali has a pergola covered raised terrace with superb views through century old umbrella pines across the pine forest, vineyards and olive groves. Bella Vista di Montefienali has original oak beam and terra cotta ceilings. There are traditional terracotta floor tiles throughout.
The entrance is across the terrace through the period dark-oak front door which opens into the living area furnished with a comfortable double divan, two matching arm chairs, a coffee table and includes a TV. There is a dining area with a table and four chairs.
To the far end is a fully fitted kitchen that includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There are ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided.
To the right three steps take you up to a small hallway that lead to a bedroom and bathroom. This large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a single bed which when it is not used is dressed as a sofa, next door there is a bright bathroom with shower.
The main stairway leads up to a second bathroom with shower and bedroom. The upstairs bedroom is spacious, has a large wardrobe, a double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps. There is a dressing table with mirror and best of all a window with superb valley views.
The private front terrace of Bella Vista di Montefienali is perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying the sunset, the sun glows a warm orange as it falls behind this impressive landscape.
