The entrance to I Famigli C is from the stone stairs - through the old Tuscan style front door. To the left is a fully fitted kitchen that includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There is ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided.

For eating inside there is a dining table with six comfortable chairs next to the kitchen. To the right the lounge area has a relaxing triple leather sofa an arm chair and is equipped with a TV Sat, Video player and CD radio.

To the right is a single bedroom with an attractive red brick archway with an iron-framed bed with orthopedic mattresses, a bedside table with reading lamp and a wardrobe.Ahead leads to two bathrooms and the master bedroom. On of the bathrooms is with a shower and the other is just a WC, the bathrooms are finished in travertine.

Ahead is the master bedroom that has a window with views of the hills to the East of the hamlet. There is a large iron framed double bed with orthopedic mattresses, two bedside tables with reading lamps, large wardrobes and a full length mirror.

Above the living area there is a wooden balcony that provides entrance to the third sleeping area. This is a small single room with plenty of space for one with a bedside table and reading lamp. The stairs to this area are a little steep so it is not recommend for young children.

From the front door there is a small terrace furnished with 2 chairs and a round table. Going down to the ground floor there is a covered dining terrace with electricity and water. This is a great place for eating outside during the day or in the evening.
