What was your overall impression of the accommodation?    It was great. Clean, good location, charming, safe. . .
Did you have any unpleasant surprises during your stay with us?
Do you have any other comments regarding the accommodation or service? It was actually better than I expected. I was expecting very limited kitchen stuff, towels, sheets. . . But it felt like someone could live there. The reason I thought it might not be great was because of how rigid things seem to be presented in the written communication. Made it feel like it might be more of a hotel. But that was not the case.

What were the highlights of your holiday? every day was a highlight. hard to single anything out.
What was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Teh accommodation was very confortable and was what we expected

What was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Clean, comfortable, good location. Only small problem was state of access road (last 2 miles), which was very rough, and one had to take extreme care not to damage the car.

What were the highlights of your holiday? Visiting Pisa, Florence and Sienna.
What was your overall impression of the accommodation?    It was a very nice apartment. We did find it difficult to sit inside comfortably as there was a very small sofa in the kitchen.

Was waren die Highlights Ihres Urlaubs? Die Ruhe und die schöne Terrasse sowie auch der Garten. Unsere Nachbarn.
Wie war Ihr Gesamteindruck von der Unterbringung? Sehr schön, allerdings war der Ablauf in der Dusche verstopft und das Wasser konnte nur sehr langsam ablaufen. Die Lage war perfekt, sehr ruhig.
Gab es unangenehme Überraschungen? War nur überrascht, dass man vorher nicht darüber gewarnt worden ist, dass teilweise die Steckdosen nicht mit unseren identisch sind. Man hätte einen Adapter benötigt und diese Information hatte uns leider gefehlt. Das Steinhaus war sehr kalt am Abend.

Was waren die Highlights Ihres Urlaubs? Die ganze Woche in Navico war ein Highlight. Die Umgebung ist einfach traumhaft schön. Jedes Dorf ist einen Ausflug wert. Besonders gefallen hat uns Siena. Nach jedem Ausflug wartete ein herrlich erfrischender Pool auf uns und ein Abend voller toskanischer Köstlichkeiten.
Wie war Ihr Gesamteindruck von der Unterbringung? Gelsomino ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, in der es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Navico ist ein herrliches Grundstück, liebevoll gehegt und gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderbar erfrischend. Von dort, wie auch vom herrlich ruhigen, lauschigen Liegeplatz und vom ganzen Grundstück konnten wir einen traumhaften Blick in die Umgebung genießen. Besser geht es nicht!

What were the highlights of your holiday? Lovely location with surprisingly warm weather for most of the holiday (despite being out of season). Very friendly and informative owner. Accommodation was well placed to explore a lot of Tuscany which we really enjoyed.
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Well-equipped, clean, modern with some nice traditional features. Good location with great views. Private and quiet.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? There were a couple of small problems but the owner was quick to respond and was very helpful and we still had a lovely holiday.

Haben Sie andere Anmerkungen? Die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war zugegebenremaßen sehr schwer verständlich. Wir mussten Paola zweimal anrufen und haben den Weg dann erst mit ihrer Hilfe und viel Durchfragerei und etwas Glück gefunden.

What were the highlights of your holiday? Exploring the villiages close to the villa, tasting the wines, especially the rosso di Montalcino and vino nobile di montepulciano. Loved the cities and towns as well, Florence and Siena, especially the churches, which are simply spectacular. The food is simple and superb, and we loved browsing the macelleria and food markets, particularly the large mercato centrale in Florence, this just made me want to move to Italy..We had one excellent meal at the michelin-starred restaurant Albergaccio di Castellina, in Castellina in Chianti, would recommend this restaurant to anyone, also was surprisingly good value for money. Great leather goods in both Florence and Siena, actually wish i had bought more, but somehow it had to be carted home together with the wine, truffle oil, etc...
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    Overall the accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well supplied. The kitchen has everything you need for a holiday away. The outdoor area is secluded and ideal for lazy evenings. The owner, Signor Brondi was really pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Perhaps Il Navico is best suited to a couple with children rather than two couples, as one of the bedrooms has a very low ceiling which feels poky, and gives ample opportunities to hit your head on beams.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? The driving in Italy can be a bit of a shocker, we had rain one day, and saw 4 quite bad accidents that afternoon, people just don't seem very careful on the road.

We had German neighbours for most of our stay who were there for their fourth successive year - what more recommendation do you need!
The house, grounds and pool were all well maintained and surrounded by such dramatic scenery.  We saw wild boar and deer on the track to the accommodation on several occasions.  Eating out was a pleasure and not too expensive - we would recommend both Il Vescovino and Oltre il Giardino in Panzano together with a delightful restaurant in Volpaia (can't remember the
name) overlooking the valley towards Radda.
We would thoroughly recommend Navico, but very quietly- we wouldn't want it to get too crowded!!

The house is a wonderful one, you have everything inside (more then we have in the house we are living in Israel.....). Everything is new and clean, you have a lot of silence around. The location is amazing with all the green tuscany’s view.
We have 10 great days with our two childs and also it was our second time in tuscany, we fall in love in the place again.
We have no dout where we will stay in our next vacation in tuscany, and we are sure that Ora and Moshe from ORA ITALIA, will recomend their clients the same.

highlights: Barbecues on the Terrace, eating out at some delightful restaurants, and visits to a number of the surrounding villages. And the Italian people are really friendly and chatty - even if most of the time we hadn’t a clue what was being said!
A visit to the butchers in Panzano is a must ( for meat eaters and opera lovers )
Recommend Le Masse (vineyard in Lamole ) Guiliano and Anne Marie lovely couple and Chianti equally as good. ( And there are lots of others as well.
Sienna is lovely - without having to trawl round the museums. Bit disappointed with Florence - but I suspect there you do have to be very much into trawling the museums and culture.
Oh and try the ice cream all over the place and make up your own mind - then go on a diet when you get home!
And the two days we had on Elba well worth fitting in for anyone going to Antica for a coople of weeks.San Andrea for a smashing little beach and the hotel Le Stella in Seccheto for an inexpensive overnight stay right on the beach. (Two hours max to the ferry)

Stunning! It was absolutely beautiful and so perfect for my husband and I with our 23 year old son. The people who were staying there (some of whom were owners) were so helpful and friendly. We loved the private patio and garden areas and the view was unbelievable! We would definitely stay there again.

The accomodation was excellent and very child-friendly. It was a good location for the many day trips we made in the region and a great place to come back to and unwind after a day of touring. The outdoor areas allowed us to make the most of the beautiful weather and scenery. The closest town is a 10 to 15 minute drive but that suited us as we wanted a quiet place to relax.
The apartment we stayed in was on the ground floor and there were people staying above us but we could not hear them at all. Even though there were several groups of people it was really quite private and there was always private time for use of the pool.
This was really a perfect place and exactly what we were looking for in a tuscany vacation. It is quiet, panoramic, well-situated and the apartment was spacious for us (2 adults and a baby who learned to walk and eat pizza in tauscany!) and it has all the ammenities we were looking for. Having the baby chair and crib made it all very easy with the baby and meant we didn’t have to bring these bulky items with us. The friendly local golden retriever was also a great source of amusement for our daughter. Perhaps the only improvement could be the addition of a microwave [since been added] however we would only use this for heating some of the baby food and we didn’t really suffer a huge inconvenience without one. All-in-all a terrific place and a great holiday.

The accommodation was lovely.  Very Tuscan, little touches which made it feel like a home.  Very clean and had everything you could want in it. The road up to the cottage was a bit scary in the dark but ok once you got used to it.  But that is normal for these types of property.  The neighbours were really nice and welcoming as they were not holiday lets.  The biggest shock was how cold the water in the swimming pool was!!!  But it was not
meant to be open in October anyway.
Highlight - shopping in Castellina - wonderful village, brilliant local shops. Dinner at the restaurant about half way to Castellina - cannot remember its name but food was divine and way above any other restaurant we tried.

The accomodation was very good. The house it's self was clean and we were welcomed by the owners who were very helpful and explained everything to us. There was also a House Book which we greatly appriciated; it told us about the surrounding area and how things in the house worked.  The beds were comfortable and the layout of the complex was very nice, as were our neighbours. The views were stunning and we greatly enjoyed the peace and tranquillity, which after our tour of Northern Italy was most welcome, it gave us time to chill before going back to the rigours of Rome!

The location was amongst breathtaking scenery and very lovely.  Very much
enjoyed the pool.  Its hard to pick out something in particular as it was
all very high standard.  The bedrooms being large and well furnished was a

Many thanks for your help and suggestions of restaurants, it really helped
to make the holiday a real hit with myself , husband and friends.  The
accommodation was super the standard was  excellent the owners have got the
right approach and are obviously very proud of the their lovely cottage.
The surrounding area was quite wonderful and peaceful, obviously we picked
a term time to have our holiday, so was lovely to have the pool without any
