No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, it is 5x15 meters and 1.5 to 2.3 meters deep. It is open from June to September
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone. 6kms away is Colle Val d’Elsa which has public phones
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes approximately 6km away there is Colle Val d’Elsa which has all amenities.
How far are the airports?
Florence 45 mins, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 2 1/2 hours
When do I get road directions?
