Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 13 x 6 meters, 1.50 meters deep pool open from May to September.
Is there a telephone, fax, and email connection available?
No there is no phone in the villa; there is a public phone in the village Barberino Val d’Elsa a few minutes drive away. In some tobacconist shops there is a fax. Most larger villages and towns have an Internet cafe.

How far are the airports?
Florence 30minutes, Pisa 1hour 20 mins, Bologna 1hour 40mins, Rome 3hours 50mins.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
What is the cost of the dinners?
At Tignano the price of the meal is 38 Euros per person including drinks.
The menu is a typical Tuscan meal, however, if guests prefer to choose a different menu they can do so once on site.The price includes the cost of the food, shopping, preparing, cooking, serving and clearing away afterwards based on a minimum of 6 persons.
