Ceperano is an old Tuscan farm house freshly restored by your hosts the Soldani family. Situated a few miles outside the famous Chianti town of Radda in Chianti the property is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in a quiet but open position at the end of a private road. Accommodation 14 people.

The swimming pool is 200 meters from the house of Ceperano and is set in a beautifully kept garden, cured and tended by the family Soldani and fully furnished with loungers and sun lays for relaxing in the warm Tuscan sunshine. The swimming pool is 12 x 5 x 1-2.5 meters open from mid-May to September.

Casa Ceperano has several terraces situated on different sides of the house, allowing superb views from every direction. They give you the opportunity of relaxing in the warm Tuscan sun or enjoying a refreshing break in the shade throughout the whole day.

Out of high season Ceperano is also offered as interconnecting apartments so there are three kitchens.

You also have irresistible views over the valley with it's olive groves and vineyards. At night you can choose a terrace to dine on under the stars and in the company of the distant lights of Radda in Chianti.

There are 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with showers in the house and a privately entered studio, which has a bathroom.

The bedrooms are comfortably spread out over the 3 levels of the villa. Five bedrooms can be made into twin or double on request and 2 are fixed double.

A typical home cooked Tuscan meal can be provided by the owners. For more information click here to see the FAQ . The room used for the dinners is only available during the dinner and may very occasionally be used by the family.

The village of Radda in Chianti is a short 5 minute walk from the villa.

It is not a "tourist" town. It felt like home. The butcher, wine merchant, fruit vendor, ceramicist, despite the fact that we speak no Italian, made us feel welcome. Your restaurant suggestions were excellent, accurate, and appreciated. Tom especially loved San Sano. I thought Volpaia and La Vigne in Radda were exceptional. Thank you again.
