What did you like about our service?
It was very helpful to have Susan Steele in West Vancouver as she provided us great service, assisting in finding the correct place to stay in the area we were looking for. In my opinion she went above and beyond to make our holiday the best! Also was helpful to have the email from you before leaving with the owners contact number as we ending having a flight delay and were late arriving.

What did you like about our service?
The service we received was fantastic. Susan was absolutely fabulous to deal with. She answered all of my questions promptly and with lots of detail. She took the time to give us tips about what to do while on our trip and for renting a car, etc. Your service is like a "one-stop shop"
which is great. I really liked all of the links on your site with additional information about Tuscany.

What did you like about our service?: We thought the service was excellent. Items we asked for were there (i.e. starter kit); someone greeted us upon our arrival at our accommodation; you kept us very well informed via emails; you had plenty of ideas and suggestions for activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. We thought your service was excellent and made our holiday just that much more enjoyable.

The web descriptions were good.  SUSAN STEELE in Vancouver was extremely helpful, understanding and accommodating.  Her replys were prompt, thorough, and reassuring for someone like us planning a first trip of this type.
