I'll answer your questions specifically, rather than just taking off and saying what a wonderful time we had!
I liked being able to check availability of our preferred villa directly on the web without having to bother anybody, and the floorplan was extremely helpful - it resulted in us getting just what we needed and we knew location of bathroom relative to kids' bedroom before we went (critical when you have a 3 and 4-year-old).
I disliked nothing.  The service was excellent.
A wonderful holiday - best I've had and for just the one week we had, it's the best value week I've ever had.  Only reason we mightn't go back to the same villa would be because we'll have to have a bigger one for all the friends that want to come next time!

I actually meant to contact you as soon as we returned to say that it was a super holiday. The service beforehand was great and very reassuring.  The owners of the property, Mirko & Sandra were very friendly and helpful.  we really felt at home and had a wonderful time.  Will definately do it again - no more package holidays for us.

Ease of use of your website which is quite extensive and user friendly, and from our experience, accurately reflects the standard of property. (It was such a relief when we arrived at the property to realise that it was of the standard that we had expected, if not more impressive.)
Updates and information bulletins received after booking until date of departure, which maintained communication with the client and instilled  confidence in the overall standard of service being provided. This is a major concern when booking remotely over the internet,and paying such a large sum of money in advance,  as one never is quite sure about the bona fides of the website operator.
Prompt action by Sean in Italy when we reported our heating difficulties to him.
