There is a beautiful infinity swimming pool a few metres away from the villa with steps and a path leading down to it. The pool has a hydro massage section in one corner and internal steps lead down into the main pool. The area around the pool is paved and is furnished with sun loungers and chairs. There is a covered gazebo providing welcome shade from the heat of the day.

 

The well equipped kitchen has an oven with gas hobs, a microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer section and a washing machine. There are mosquito screens in the kitchen and dining area.

To the left hand side of the kitchen a door leads into bedroom one. This room has terracotta tiled flooring and a beamed and tiled ceiling. There is a double bed with iron bed frame, a large wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.

To the right of the stairs, steps lead down to the second bedroom with a bathroom with shower next door. The bedroom has a double bed with wrought iron bed frame and an exposed brickwork feature wall. Clever treatment of the area under the stairs has made the most of the space for storage. Double French doors open out to the rear of the property with fantastic views over the countryside.

A tiled staircase with iron handrail leads from the kitchen up to the lounge area. This is a comfortably furnished area with sofas, one of which is a double sofabed arranged around the large feature open fireplace.

There is a TV with some satellite channels, a DVD player and CD system.

Outside there is a terrace area, furnished with dining table and chairs. There is a very large sunshade which can be opened as required when dining 'al fresco'.

To the left of the property is a covered parking area for two cars. The nearest railway station is Montelupo Fiorentino (about 5 km away) which is well connected to Pisa, Siena and Florence.
