Letizia is located in the new part of the hamlet, it is a ground floor semi-detached villa that has a large covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and barbeque for meals al fresco. There is also a private garden in front of the terrace.
From the terrace there are some steps which lead into the large living area. In this room there is a fully equipped kitchenette along one wall, it includes a fridge/freezer, gas hobs and electric oven. In one corner of the room there is a working fireplace.
To the other side there is a wooden dining table that seats 4 people and a comfortable sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The room has typical terracotta floors and wooden beams with terracotta tiles on the ceiling.
From this room there are two small halls, each leading to a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. On of the bedrooms is a double room with pretty views of the countryside.
The other is a spacious twin that has a door to the back garden. The twin room can be made into a double on request when booking. If you do not request this the villa will be as described.
