What were the highlights of your holiday? Weather, locality of the villa, food, wine, scenery, pool, everything......!!
what was your overall impression of the accommodation?    1st class.
Did you have any unpleasant surprises? No.
Do you have any other comments? I am a very particular and demanding person, and i could not fault the service from to tuscany or the carvaggio villa.... Thanks for a great vacation!!

Overall impression: very comfortable, stylish and roomy. perfect for a family. Good utilities, comfortable beds, good hot water supply. Great lcation and views.
Highlights: finding the natural pools nearby. having breakfast outside our villa in the wonderful suuroundings. THe local wildlife, lizards butterflies, moths etc. The local town. Shooting stars at night.
Unpleasant surprises: a scorpion in the wooden lounge table, but this was quite exciting. Regular Appearance of horse flies at the pool side especially when lawns being mowed. Meant we had to vacate poolside after short periods of time. Locked ourselves out by accident first day as we didn't realise door would self lock when closed, please warn guests.

Hi Dympna:
I'm not sure if I had written about our wonderful experience during our stay at Lippi in Galenda.  It was the best vacation we have ever had.  We did a lot of driving and site-seeing including visits to Florence, Pisa, Livorno, Certaldo Alto, San Gimignano and Siena.  We enjoyed dining and walking around Radda as well.  About 1,500 pictures later we have great memories of our vacation.
I have also done some oil paintings of a few Chianti scenes and hope to do more in the coming months.  My favourites are of a small square in Radda and one of Galenda.  You can see the paintings on my online art gallery ww.camilleriart.com
We hope we can return again in the near future.
