Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, pool towels are also provided.

No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
The private pool is 14x6 metres with a depth of 1 metre at the shallowest end, increasing to a depth of 1 and a half metres at the deep end. The pool is open from April to October.
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is no phone, we recommend you hire a mobile phone with your car, many car hire companies now offer this service. There is internet connection available in the villa, the cost is included in the price. Bring your own laptop.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes, there is a furnished garden.

Yes in Cavriglia, 5 Kms away.
How far are the airports?
Florence 50 minutes, Pisa 2 hours, Bologna 2 hours, Rome 2 ½ hours

Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
