Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towels.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating and air-conditioning is charged daily when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is an oval 5x10meter pool, deep 1.8meters. Open from May to October
Is there a telephone, fax, email connection available?
There is a phone with Internet connection you can use, you will be charged for units used.
Is there a balcony or terrace belonging to the villa?
Yes there is a large covered terrace.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes, 800meters away in the village Marginone.
How far are the airports?
Florence 1 hour, Pisa 1/2 hour, Bologna 1 1/2 hours, Rome 3 1/2hours.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
