The entrance to Casa De' Pecci is from the stone stairs - through the old Tuscan red double doors. To the left is the fully fitted kitchen that includes 4 gas hobs, a fridge/freezer, an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a toaster and coffee maker. There are ample kitchen/dining facilities for 4 people provided.

For eating inside there is a dining table with six comfortable chairs next to the kitchen complimented by a window displaying great views. To the right the lounge area has a relaxing double sofa, two arm chairs and is equipped with a TV Sat, DVD player and CD radio.

Three stone steps take you up to the landing. To the right is a bathroom that has a shower and is finished with travertine tiles. There is a washing machine fitted for guests’ convenience.
Ahead is a twin bedroom with iron-framed beds with orthopedic mattresses, a bed side table with reading lamp and a large wardrobe with mirror.

The master bedroom has a picture frame window at the foot of the bed with views of the hills and a pretty French window to let in the fragrant Tuscan air. There is a large iron framed double bed with orthopedic mattress, two bedside tables with reading lamps and large wardrobes. There is a small dressing table with chair and mirror. To the left is a bathroom that has a shower and is finished with travertine tiles.

The well-planted garden has a dining terrace and is furnished with a table, four chairs and an outside grill. This is a great place for eating under the Tuscan skies during the day or in the evening. There are two sun lays to relax and enjoy the views.
