The property has the typical Tuscan terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings throughout.  The lounge diner is a very bright room with one wall entirely made of floor to ceiling glass windows with a glass door out to the garden.  This is reflective glass, which allows the light to flood into the room without the interior being seen. 

The lounge/diner has a traditional wooden table and chairs, a sofa, TV and an open fireplace in one corner.  The small kitchenette is off to one side, and has an oven with separate gas hobs, fridge with freezer section and filter coffee maker.

A doorway to the right leads into a small lobby area where doors open to the bathroom and the bedroom.  This is also where the main entrance door is.  The bathroom has a shower, basin and WC.  This is also where the washing machine is located.  The bedroom has an exposed brickwork arch over the antique style wrought iron painted double bed.

Outside the terrace is furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrella.  The private garden is surrounded by hedge and there are brightly planted terracotta pots dotted about.

Guests have use of a large communal brick built barbeque located nearby.
