San Romolo

Near the Tignano Castle, San Romolo lays 3km from a quaint medieval hamlet, Barberino Val d'Elsa. This farmhouse has been fully restored into a comfortable holiday home peacefully surrounded by olive groves and vineyards.

In the garden there is a large swimming pool with fantastic views of the hills around the property. Sun loungers surround the pool. In the grounds of San Romolo there is a stone built oven and BBQ.

On entering the house to your left you find a sitting area that opens into a larger lounge. In this room there is SAT TV and a CD player. At the end of the lounge there is a small hall off which you find a double bedroom and a small bathroom with open shower.

A few steps down from the lounge there is a fully equipped kitchen that includes gas hobs, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and washing machine. In this room there is a dining table that seats 10. From the kitchen there is access to a furnished terrace ideal for meals al fresco.

The first floor has 3 bedrooms all with wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside. Two of the bedrooms are doubles and one is a twin. This floor is paved with parquet. There are 2 bathrooms that have showers.

Also on the property is a small studio that comprises a living area with kitchenette, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. There is access to the garden and a small terrace.

San Romolo is attached to another villa but there is still privacy in the gardens, terrace and by the pool.

While staying at San Romolo the owners can organise massages (ayurveda,shiatzu, reiki) for you to enjoy at the villa.
On request they can also book you for dinner in a nearby restaurant for the day of your arrival.

The house is comfortably furnished with several antique pieces.
