Wish list: a restored stone barn, deep in the heart of Chianti, surrounded by castles and quaint villages. If this chimes with you, then Trifoglio will tick every box. Trifoglio’s compact size makes it most suitable for a couple or a small family, yet you'll appreciate the generously spaced open-plan living area, where large glass doors give serene views of a landscape dotted with forests, olive groves and vineyards. This is a Tuscan gem, with its floors paved with traditional terracotta tiles, as well as the classic tiled-and-beamed ceilings, plus inviting recesses and an impressive internal stone archway.

While the living area is spacious and light-filled, you are likely to be drawn outside to the large paved terrace and shaded pergola, where the table and chairs enable al fresco dining with fetching views of the Chianti countryside. You can also enjoy the scene from the pool area, where there is a wonderful well-kept and large lawn bordered by trees and flower beds that are extremely easy on the eye. This is a perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy late afternoon drinks in the shade of the gazebo.

Dziękujemy za tak wyczerpującą recenzję. Właściciele mieszkają tuż obok, w tej samej osadzie i w przypadku wszelkich uwag np. co do wyposażenia kuchni można się do nich bezpośrednio zwracać, z pewnością pomogą i wymienią sprzęty, jeśli będzie trzeba. Dom jest położony pośród winnic, pól i lasów, trzeba się liczyć z tym, że owady go nie ominą, nawet jeśli jest luksusową toskańską willą :) Nie spotkaliśmy się jednak z żadnymi przypadkami poważnych ukąszeń, z pewnością zagrożenie nie jest tego rodzaju, że wieczorem trzeba zamykać się w domu. Chianti to region pełen wzgórz i wijących się miedzy nimi dróg, rzeczywiście jest tak, że tę samą odległość po równinie pokonałoby się o połowę szybciej. Realne odległości są następujące - Gaiole z licznymi sklepami i restauracjami jest oddalone o 4km, Siena o 33, a Florencja 68. Dom jest pomiędzy nimi, jeśli bliżej byłoby do Florencji, dalej byłoby do Sieny. Przyczyną pobierania dodatkowej opłaty za klimatyzację jest motywowanie do jej racjonalnego używania, koszty wynoszą zazwyczaj kilkadziesiąt euro za tydzień. No i zdecydowanie potwierdzamy, że "to miejsce dla tych którzy chcą totalnego wyciszenia, zero ludzi wokół, basen, upał, cykady, książka". Pięknie dziękujemy też za miłe słowa o właścicielce: "zawsze bardzo pomocna i zainteresowana nami, pod tym względem czuliśmy się mocno zaopiekowani:)". Podsumowując - zapraszamy ponownie do Toskanii i jeśli opiszą nam Państwo, jakiego domu poszukujecie, postaramy się taki właśnie dobrać spośród 500, które mamy w ofercie.
