Villa Il Colto , Terranuova Bracciolini - Arezzo and Cortona

A grand and stately villa with high ceilings and spacious rooms. Villa Il Colto radiates class but still has a homely and cosy atmosphere with comfortable spaces to relax and forget the outside world. The pool and terrace area is encircled by hedges and looks down into the valley. From here you can see the town of Terranuova Bracciolini, which is within easy walking distance of the villa itself.  The pool and terrace is furnished with a table and chairs, sunloungers and parasols. A large sheltered pergola with a sloping roof is nearby, with a dining table big enough for ten people to enjoy a home-cooked meal together, made from the delicious abundance of fresh local produce. The owner lives on-site in a different building. They own a dog and a cat. The pool is reserved for the use of guests only and is not used by the owner.

The ground floor is dominated by the beautiful open-plan lounge-diner. It is divided into quarters by large stone archways, and features an open fireplace, a dining table which seats eight people, and a variety of elegant sofas and chairs. Another dining table, seating ten, is situated in the expansive kitchen. Here there is a useful cooking island topped with gas hobs and an extractor fan. A second lounge area upstairs boasts a piano with a TV area, and each bedroom is distinctive, with a design that’s both rustic and luxurious.
