Spread over three floors, this spacious villa is set in capacious grounds including an orchard, olive grove and a pine forest laced with walking paths. Towards the back of the property, the private pool offers superb views of Montecatini Terme -  famous for its thermal waters and probably the biggest spa town in Italy - and villages on the valley floor. Guests who enjoy the outdoors can choose from lounging on the paved sun deck or getting active and playing one of the many on-site sports, including volleyball, football, basketball and badminton.

The 11 authentically styled bedrooms, and even more bathrooms, mean large groups won’t feel struggle for space. There are two lounges – including a lower ground floor snug hangout with a fireplace and sofas – and a ground floor area with a bar) as well as a gym. The fantastic fully equipped kitchen has enough room to prepare meals for your whole party, while guests can choose to eat at the wooden tables in the dining room, or in fresh air on the large, furnished terrace, with its stone barbecue. For space, wonderful views and things to do without even having to leave the grounds, this villa takes some beating. Team up to enjoy a spot of volleyball in the sunshine, or swim in the private pool while gazing towards the valley below. Though conveniently close to Montecatini Terme, you’ll feel a world away from any hustle and bustle in the peaceful grounds here.
