The pool is located in the grounds at the rear of the house and is heated by way of solar panels. It is also surrounded by mature hedging for privacy. The paved surround is furnished with a selection of sun loungers, umbrellas tables and chairs. The covered gazebo in one corner has a small dining table and chairs, and is perfect for escaping the heat of the day.

There are wonderful views from the garden over the surrounding countryside. The town of Radda in Chianti is only 5km away, and here you will find a supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, greengrocers and a selection of restaurants.

The villa has a traditional Tuscan feel to it, with terracotta tiled floors and tiled and beamed ceilings throughout. The lovely large fitted kitchen is decorated in a rustic country style with oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge and washing machine.

There is a large decorative fireplace in one corner, with a door to the right which leads into the garden. There is a dresser along one wall and a large wooden dining table with matching chairs. A brick archway leads into the hall, from which all parts of the house are reached.

To the right are the stairs to the first floor where there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished and both have double beds. Each of the two rooms has an ensuite bathroom one with shower, the other has a full size bath with hand held shower.

Downstairs, to the right of the hallway are a further two bedrooms one with double bed the other with twin beds. Both the ground floor bedrooms have floor to ceiling arched windows with doors that open onto a large paved patio area. Next to the twin bedroom is the ground floor bathroom with shower.

To the left off of the hallway is another archway leading into the spacious lounge. This is a very bright room with large windows on three sides. Comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs, there is a brick built open fireplace a TV and DVD.

On two sides there are floor to ceiling glass doors which open onto the garden. One set opens onto the covered loggia with its large dining table and chairs; this is a lovely spot for dining ‘al fresco’ and from here you have views of the garden, pool area and the Tuscan hillside.
