To arrive at the villa you pass an electric gate and a drive lined with olive trees. In front of the villa there is covered parking for 2 cars and enough space to park another 4 cars.

On the ground floor to the right of the entrance there is a fully equipped kitchen that includes dishwasher, toaster, kettle and percolator. Directly in front of the entrance there is a large lounge with dining area.

Off to the left of the lounge there is a corridor that leads to 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed. There is also a single bedroom with a large single bed. Off the corridor there are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.

From the kitchen and lounge there are doors that lead to the large terrace and pool area. The manicured garden is surrounded by a fence and hedge for complete privacy. Dotted around the garden there are terracotta vases filled with flowers.

The terrace has a gazebo with a large table which seats 10 people. There are sun beds around the pool and on the terrace. The pool is finished in mosaic and it has Roman steps on one side.
