The entrance to the villa is down some steps to the right of the main path through the hamlet. The front door opens into a small hallway leading into the lounge/diner. This is a light room with the traditional Tuscan high beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs, TV, video, CD and DVD player.

There is a wooden dining table and chairs to one side, and double doors leading out onto the furnished veranda. The fully equipped kitchen is to the right of the lounge/diner through a brick archway and has an oven with hobs, a free standing fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedrooms are all situated off a small hallway which is on the left as you enter the villa. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower and double doors leading out onto a furnished terrace.

The second bedroom is bright and airy and has twin beds, a large wardrobe and views over the surrounding vineyards. The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and window with far reaching views. The single bedroom is ideal for a kid and not an adult.The second bathroom with shower is located along the hallway next to the master bedroom.

Outside the veranda reached via the lounge/diner is furnished with table and chairs and has stairs to the left down to a lower terrace which has sun loungers and parasol, both areas are perfect for dining outdoors.

There is a further terrace surrounded by a small garden at the side of the property, which the double doors from the master bedroom open on to, this also has table and chairs.
