The entrance to the villa is down some steps to the right of the main path through the hamlet. The front door opens into a small hallway leading into the lounge/diner. This is a light room with the traditional Tuscan high beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors, comfortably furnished with sofa, chairs, TV, video, CD and DVD player.

There is a wooden dining table and chairs to one side, and double doors leading out onto the furnished veranda. The fully equipped kitchen is to the right of the lounge/diner through a brick archway and has an oven with hobs, a free standing fridge/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

The bedrooms are all situated off a small hallway which is on the left as you enter the villa. The master bedroom has a double bed, large wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with shower and double doors leading out onto a furnished terrace.

The second bedroom is bright and airy and has twin beds, a large wardrobe and views over the surrounding vineyards. The third bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and window with far reaching views. In addition to the single bed there is a pull out single bed underneath.  (Please note that if you use both beds in this room there is limited space and we would therefore recommend that the two beds are only to be used when two children are sharing the room).The second bathroom with shower is located along the hallway next to the master bedroom.

Outside the veranda reached via the lounge/diner is furnished with table and chairs and has stairs to the left down to a lower terrace which has sun loungers and parasol, both areas are perfect for dining outdoors.

There is a further terrace surrounded by a small garden at the side of the property, which the double doors from the master bedroom open on to, this also has table and chairs.
