On entering the villa you find a bathroom with shower to the right and a corridor on your left. Off the corridor there is a large double bedroom with a spacious en-suite bathroom with shower.

From the corridor wooden steps take you to a mezzanine floor where there are two single beds. The roof of this extra sleeping area is very low and therefore it is best only for children.

The living area is at the end of the corridor. There is a comfortable lounge area with Sat TV, DVD player and CD player.

From the windows of this room you have fantastic views of the Chianti fields surrounded by vine and forest covered hills.

To one side of this large living area there is a kitchenette that includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and gas hobs. A round dining table for four people sits below a window with breathtaking views of the countryside.

This is a perfect house for a couple or young family.
