A stone pathway reached via the upper car park leads to the ground floor entrance; a short corridor leads to the hallway which gives access to most of the ground floor rooms.

The house has the traditional Tuscan tiled and beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors throughout. To the left of the hallway is the spacious lounge, furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs with a large brick built feature open fireplace in one corner. There is also a TV with DVD and a CD player.

A wide archway leads from the lounge through into the well equipped kitchen which has fitted units along one wall with built in eye level oven separate gas hobs, a microwave oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also a traditional wooden dining table and matching chairs to one side.

On the right hand side of the hallway and the short corridor are located the two ground floor bedrooms, one with twin beds, one with a double bed (please note: this is a Queen size bed -140cm x 200cm, smaller than a standard double bed), both rooms have ceiling fans. There is also a shared ground floor bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor where the master bedroom is located. This is a lovely spacious room with double bed and matching wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is also a writing desk and chair. The second bathroom is also located on this floor and has a shower, basin and WC.

Outside there is a furnished terrace with dining table and chairs – perfect for ‘al fresco’ meals. Sitting here you are surrounded by Mediterranean plants and shrubs. There is a short walk to the shared pool which is set in the grounds below the hamlet encircled by wonderful Tuscan countryside.
