At what time should we arrive and depart?
Arrival time 16.00 if you arrive after 18.00 please telephone

Can you help with travel arrangements?

Are the prices per person or per villa?
The prices displayed are per villa.
Are linen and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
Yes linen and towels are provided and included in the price displayed, bring your own pool towel.
Is the central heating included in the price?
No, the central heating is charged on consumption when required.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes, there is a 12 x 6 meters, 1.60meters deep pool open from June to September.
Is there a telephone, fax, and email connection available?
No there is no phone in the villa; there is a public phone in the village Barberino Val d'Elsa a few minutes drive away. In some tobacconist shops there is a fax. Most larger villages and towns have an Internet cafe.
Are there local grocery stores?
Yes in Barberino Val d'Elsa, 2km away 
How far are the airports?
Florence 30minutes, Pisa 1hour 20 mins, Bologna 1hour 40mins, Rome 3hours 50mins.
When do I get road directions?
Directions are provided with your final confirmation, after full payment is received.
Where do I find the directions?
The directions can be found as a link on your final confirmation email. They can also be accessed by logging into your booking details using your useremail and password.
What is the cost of the dinners?
The owner can provide dinners at various prices, you must book at least 2 days in advance so that the cook is available for the day that you require. When booking please also confirm the number of people (minimum 6) and time you wish to eat.
All dinners include 3 Starters, 2 first courses, second course with 2 side dishes and 2 desserts.
Children under 10 pay half price.
Prices range from 30 to 60 Euro depending on the menu.
The items of the menus will be typical Tuscan and at the discretion of the cook based on available local produce. Drinks are included. The owners can also make home-made pizza on request.
On arrival you can be provided with further information and a confirmation of the prices for the meals.
