L'Oliveta is a detached cottage built from handcrafted Tuscan stone, set in an olive grove, with it's own large private gardens. The interior has oak beamed ceilings and tiled terracotta floors throughout.
The front door leads directly into the comfortably furnished lounge/diner with sofa, chairs, TV and dining suite. This room really is the hub of the property, with doors leading to the bedroom, bathroom with shower, gardens and kitchen, which is fully fitted, with electric oven, electric hobs, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
The twin bedded room has its own private terrace with table and chairs, perfect for a quiet leisurely breakfast or sitting with a glass of wine in the evening. The second bedroom with double bed is adjacent to the lounge and has a window with views to the garden.
Access to the garden is from the lounge, down a small flight of steps to a large terraced area with dining table and chairs shaded on one side by an ancient olive tree. The terrace is surrounded by beautiful Tuscan shrubs and flowers and has incredible views especially, in the evening watching the sunset over Castello di San Polo in Rosso - a romantic castle that stands on the hills opposite.
With its beautiful views, it is a perfect place to dine or enjoy a glass of Chianti and watch the Tuscan sunset.
The air conditioning at L'Oliveta is charged by consumption.
