This is the first villa of the property. It is entered from up a few steps from the stone terrace to the front. To one side of the terrace there is a covered loggia with table and chairs for dining al fresco.
On entering the villa you find yourself in a pretty tastefully furnished lounge that has Sat TV. There are terracotta floors and typical ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.
From the lounge there is access to the fully equipped kitchen that includes, gas hobs, fridge/freezer and oven. This room also has a fireplace.
Upstairs from the lounge are the two double bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. There is also an ensuite toilet in one of the bedrooms. These rooms also have terracotta floors and ceiling with wooden beams and terracotta tiles.
From the windows of the bedrooms there are wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
