On entering the house you find yourself in a spacious lounge that is graced by a wood-burning stove. The furniture enhances the typical Tuscan terra cotta floor and the wooden beams across the ceiling. In one corner there is the TV, DVD and stereo.

To the right there is a fully equipped kitchen. The window overlooks I Cipressi's garden and then onto the hills beyond. To one side of the kitchen there is a small dining table. This room leads to a twin bedroom and bathroom with shower.

To the left of the lounge there is a small hall off which there is a spiral staircase to the games room that has access to the garden. From the hall you enter into the master bedroom that has an en-suite bathroom with shower. This room is light and airy due to the large terracotta tiled windows that have views of the surrounding wooded hills. All the windows have mosquito netting.
