This unusual property, well-suited to a family or small group of friends, spreads out across one level, its roof doubling as a veranda capturing both the sun and views across the surrounding hills, carpeted in vineyards and olive groves – an inspiring place to hatch a plan about a tour of the area. Florence, Siena, and San Gimignano are all within easy reach for a day-trip or two…

The terrace wraps around the villa, with a shaded area reserved for al fresco dining. Close by, the inviting oval-shaped private pool is set with sun loungers for lazy afternoons spent snoozing beneath a good book or keeping a watchful eye on little ones at play.
