The apartment's beachfront structure is in the centre of the peaceful Marina di Castagneto Carducci village. The village offers shops, bars, and restaurants so coast lovers will not want to use their car once settled into their new beach life.
Sightseers may want to head into the deep green hills that run inland from the coast up to the Caselli nature reserve stopping to sample the slow pace at the ancient hilltop towns of Castagneto Carducci at 6 Km and Monteverdi Marittimo, or head to the Bolgheri wine region at 10 Km for an early evening wine tasting while the younger ones will want to stay in Marina di Castagneto Carducci for a ride at the Cavallino Matto amusement park. Nights in the peaceful Marina di Castagneto Carducci village may tempt you out to lounge under the night skies with a digestive drink while the locals line up for their favourite ice cream.

There is no pool, however twenty meters from the property is the beautiful shoreline of the Tyrrhenian sea. The golden sands of the beach offer the perfect place to relax while enjoying the warm Tuscan sunshine. Sun loungers, deckchairs and parasols are available for hire.
1 Km from the villa there is an acre of private, fenced, beach front, Botanical garden with nine tree shaded table and benches, WC hut, beach furniture hut and natural shower illuminated at night.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat einen wunderbaren Meerblick.
Die Vermieterin AnnaChiara ist immer gut erreichbar, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Der private Strand im Botanischen Garten von Vito ist super. Uns hat das Restaurant "Pesciolino Ristorante di Pesce & Burger" am besten gefallen.
