Encircled by lush green hills and forests, Casa Carlino is a handsome stone-built villa perfectly suited for a group of friends or families who wish to spend quality time together. The true highlights of Casa Carlino are the sweeping gardens and panoramic views from the terrace from which one can watch the sun setting across the vista. The fenced swimming pool is furnished with sunloungers and outdoor sofas, and is set beside a border of cypresses and sloping bank of trees and bushes for extra privacy. The upper terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal or glass of local Tuscan wine, while the lower patio area is ideal for relaxing in the shade. The latter also includes a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop.

Inside, you will find a spacious open-plan living area with a lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining room which are ideally set up for entertaining and cooking. On the terrace, there is a pizza oven as well as a gas barbecue and a dining table seating six. For those seeking to work remotely, the house is perfectly set up with high-speed internet. The bedrooms are situated on the cooler lower floor, and two of them have direct access to the patio and garden. Casa Carlino offers plenty of space to lounge indoors and roam outdoors.

The villa is near another residence, Case Bianchi, and Casa Carlino's front garden is visible from the entrance of both houses.

The nearby town of Seggiano has a restaurant and a pharmacy and it’s just 2.5km from the villa. Castel del Piano is 7km away, here you'll find a supermarket, a bank, a cafe and restaurant choices. Close to the town is the Giardino di Daniel Spoerri – a sculpture garden by famed artist Daniel Spoerri. The lava dome of Mote Amiata is also a few kilometres away, as are the famous hot springs of Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo and Terme di Saturnia. The idyllic region of Val d’Orcia is also only a short drive from the villa. Other local landmarks which are definitely worth visiting include the Abbazia di Sant'Antimo (one of the oldest churches in Italy), the former papal residence of Pieza, and Montalcino (the heart of production for the famous Brunello wine). The nearest beach is approximately a one-hour drive away.
