Casa Grazia is a small rural  estate  in a beautiful and  peaceful  setting and consists of just three villas, surrounded by a carefully maintained garden. The grounds offer a pleasant balance of sunny areas and shaded spots beneath tall trees, along with lawned spaces that are ideal for ball games and outdoor play. The medieval hilltop town of Gambassi Terme lies around six kilometres away and offers a good range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and other amenities. Named after its thermal springs and located along the historic Via Francigena, the town has played an important role over the centuries and was also a centre of glassmaking from the 13th century onwards. A permanent exhibition displays archaeological artefacts related to glass production in the Val d’Elsa. Wine lovers may wish to visit Fattoria La Torre, just 4.5 kilometres from Casa Grazia, where visitors can sample, amongst other fine wines, the famous white wine Vernaccia di San Gimignano. San Gimignano and Volterra are within easy reach, as are Pisa, Lucca and Florence for memorable day trips.

About the villa
Il Casolare is a beautifully rustic villa with traditional  wooden beamed ceilings and large original fireplaces. The interior is furnished in a cosy Tuscan style with a selection of antique pieces, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen includes a built-in pizza oven. Bedroom 3 has been lovingly designed as a children’s room. Two furnished terraces offer lovely spaces for outdoor dining or simply relaxing while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
