The holiday home is part of the La Canonica di San Vincenti estate, complete with its own chapel available for weddings. Guests can reach the renowned Tenuta San Vincenti on foot in about 15 minutes. The prestigious wineries Castello di Brolio and Castello di Ama are approximately a 30-minute drive away. Food lovers will delight in the tiny hamlet of Villa a Sesta, just 15 km distant, which hosts two Michelin‑starred restaurants. A supermarket is found in Mercatale Valdarno (13 km), whilst Gaiole in Chianti lies 16km away and offering shops, restaurants, and bike rentals. Siena, Arezzo, Florence, Montepulciano, and Cortona are all within easy reach for day trips.
The villa spans three floors, and an adjoining cottage with a bedroom and kitchenette provides extra privacy for guests. A separate annex features a well-equipped fitness studio. A covered south-facing terrace with a large dining table and comfortable seating steps offers a perfect space for outdoor meals and relaxation.

My family of 10 had an amazing 10 days at Casale San Vincenti in August 2025. The villa was spacious, very modern, clean and had a wonderful fully equipped kitchen. Views from the villa and pool were breathtaking. The villa is very private and the grounds are extremely well maintained by Aleksandr. The landscaping includes pomegranate and olive trees along with Rose of Sharon and rosemary hedges which had a glorious fragrance. We made daily use of the ping pong table, outdoor eating area, chess board and gym. Aleksandr and his wife Victoria were amazing! They brought the children pool inflatables and let our 4 year old grandson sit on the tractor! They were readily available when we needed anything. At the same time, they respected our privacy. We felt so comfortable with them and their friendly hospitality, that we enjoyed one dinner together with his family. The church, walks in the vineyard, and cantina wine tasting were beautiful extras, all hosted by Aleksandr. We highly recommend staying at Casale San Vincenti. Be prepared by bringing plenty of bug spray. In respect of the biological environment the villa does not use pesticides. Only one negative is the unpaved, gravel road that has many twists and turns. But we were able to see some wild boars galloping alongside the road one evening!
